It is needless to start conducting a research to prove that the Islamic sect - Boko Haram - has caused this nation a lot. several families have lost their main bread winners, properties, homes, businesses and what have you to this terrorist group.
Apart from these fore-listed impacts, another grave effect of this sect is damage to our national image in the international community, which bears an overwhelming implication on our economy. Tourist are scared of visiting our cities for fear of encountering a violent crisis.
but then, it is not enough to talk about it, we have to do something about it.

Trust me, this matter is one of general concern. We can't leave it to only those that are direct victims of it (the Northerners) , because it might spread to the South if not quickly managed. We have to do something about it, if we truly feel concerned. Even if not for the fear of spreading through to the South, what about those that keep losing people that are very dare to their heart, should we fold our hands and continue to watch our people die? No! We must act now!

The question is, what do we do to stop these ugly beasts from making desolate of our land? The president has offered amnesty, but many seem not to buy into Mr. President's proposition. So the question is what would you have done, if you were in Mr. President's shoe?
